It will take 3hrs driving to Tarangire National park, Tarangire national park is spectacular in any season and many of the migratory wildlife species can be found at the permanent waters of Tarangire River. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands and Oryx gather until the onset of the rain, when they migrate again to good grazing areas. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.<\/p><p>Serengeti, defined as \u201cendless plains\u201d in Kiswahili, is inhabited by more than two million large mammals including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebra, and Thomson\u2019s gazelle. Large predators including lion, cheetahs and hyena are drawn to the area by the abundance of prey which migrate throughout the park. This takes approximately 2 before entering the park.
