Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha
On arrival at either Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), a representative from Williamson Adventures will greet you and provide transportation to your accommodation in Arusha. Your overnight stay options include Arusha Planet Lodge, Four Points by Sheraton, or Gran Melia, with the choice depending on your preference and budget.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After Breakfast, you will begin departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. As you enter Tarangire National Park, get ready for a day filled with diverse wildlife encounters. The park is known for its massive elephant herds, baobab-studded landscapes, and rich birdlife. Embark on thrilling game drives, capturing glimpses of lions, giraffes, zebras, and more. As the sun sets, drive to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 3: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart from Tarangire National Park and embark on a scenic drive to Ngorongoro Crater, which takes approximately 3-4 hours. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the landscape and keep an eye out for wildlife. Upon arrival, descend into the crater for a thrilling game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is known for its abundant wildlife, including the Big Five—lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and the rare black rhino. As you explore the diverse habitats within the crater, spot herds of wildebeest, zebras, and various bird species. Day 4: Ngorongoro – Central Serengeti
After an early breakfast at your lodge, depart Ngorongoro Crater for a scenic drive to Central Serengeti, which takes about 3-4 hours. As you travel through the lush highlands and open savannah, look for wildlife along the way. Upon arrival, enjoy a packed lunch in the beautiful surroundings before heading out for an afternoon game drive in the Seronera Valley, where you can spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herds of elephants and buffalo. End the day with a sunset game drive, capturing the stunning views before returning to your lodge for dinner.

Day 5: Full Day Central Serengeti
A full-day game drive in Central Serengeti offers an immersive safari experience, starting with an early morning departure to catch predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs in action. As you explore the Seronera Valley, known for its abundant wildlife, you’ll encounter herds of elephants, giraffes, and possibly witness the Great Migration. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch in the park before continuing your drive to spot more animals such as buffaloes, hyenas, and a variety of bird species. The day concludes with wildlife viewing near the Seronera River, taking in the stunning landscapes during the golden hour.

Day 6: Central Serengeti – Northern Serengeti

Begin your day with a morning game drive in the Central Serengeti’s Seronera Valley, famous for its resident big cats and diverse wildlife. After breakfast, depart northwards toward the Northern Serengeti, enjoying wildlife sightings along the way as the landscape shifts from open plains to more rugged terrain. This region is especially known for its river crossings during the Great Migration (July to October), with wildebeests and zebras crossing the Mara River. After a picnic lunch en route, spend the afternoon exploring the Northern Serengeti, searching for large predator activity and watching for potential river crossings. Day 7: Full Day Northern Serengeti National Park
Start your day early with a focused game drive along the Mara River in the Northern Serengeti, aiming to witness the dramatic river crossings during the Great Migration (July to October). Watch as thousands of wildebeest and zebras gather at the riverbanks, navigating the perilous crossing while facing waiting predators like crocodiles and lions. After a bush breakfast by the river, continue following the herds, keeping an eye out for further crossings and predator action throughout the day. Enjoy a packed lunch in the field, then spend the afternoon exploring different river vantage points to maximize your chances of seeing additional crossings. Day 8: Northern Serengeti to Zanzibar Island After breakfast at your lodge, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Northern Serengeti, taking in the last views of the stunning landscapes and wildlife then you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar Island, typically departing around 11 AM.

Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your accommodation. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beautiful beaches or exploring the vibrant culture and history of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy dinner at your lodge or a local restaurant, sampling the unique flavors of the island.

Day 9: Full Day Zanzibar Island
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel and spend the day relaxing at the beach or by the pool. Take your time to unwind and soak up the sun. If you’re interested in exploring, you can book tours or activities directly at the hotel, such as snorkeling, diving, or cultural excursions. Spend the afternoon enjoying the serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, and when you’re ready, enjoy a delightful dinner at the hotel or a nearby restaurant, savoring the local cuisine and flavors of Zanzibar.

Day 10: Zanzibar Airport

On your departure day from Zanzibar, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out. Depending on your flight schedule, Our driver will pick you for a transfer to Zanzibar Airport. Ensure you have all your belongings packed and allow ample time for the transfer, typically taking about 30 minutes to an hour. During the ride, take in the last views of the island’s stunning scenery. Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to check in for your flight, reflecting on the wonderful experiences and memories made during your time in Zanzibar.
